Once your package has been received at our facility it will take our team up to 5 business days for processing.
You will receive an email notification when your exchange order has been prepared or when your refund is processed.
If your exchange item is more expensive than the original order you will be emailed an invoice and your new item will not be shipped until that invoice is paid.
Refunds generally take 3-5 business days for your bank to process.
