In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
In order to replace or refund the item we will need:
Your order number, a description of the damage/defect, and a photo of the damaged/defective area. Please email that information to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review your issue. Do not return any damaged items unless it is requested by a Customer Support Representative, as it may result in a slower resolution time. We do not always require the item back and sometimes require additional photos to understand the damage/defect.
