My product is damaged/defective, how do I return it?

In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

In order to replace or refund the item we will need:

Your order number, a description of the damage/defect, and a photo of the damaged/defective area.

Once all information has been received our support staff will give you further instructions.
