My product was damaged/defective when I received it; how do I return it?

In the unlikely event that your item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us within 24 business hours.

In order to replace or refund the item we will need the following information: 

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage/defect
  • A photo of the damaged/defective area

Once all information has been received our support staff will give you further instructions.
