What does "processing my order" mean?
Processing of your order includes printing the mailing label, picking the items for your order from our inventory stock, and packaging your order. Processing happens during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST. The processing of your order can take 1 - 2 business days.
Can I change my order?
As soon as you receive an order confirmation email, your order cannot be changed. We immediately start to process your order as soon as it’s placed. Because there is no delay in processing there is no time to make edits to your order contents or the Shipping Address.
When does my tracking number show updates on my package?
Once your package is acquired by the shipping carrier, they are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your package. This is when your shipping estimates times begin and your tracking information will be updated by the carrier as your package makes its way to your address.
National holidays and weekends may affect processing times by SHEFIT as well as shipping times for carriers.
