Start your Return or Exchange




Once you've clicked the button above and followed the instructions (you will enter your order number and zip code to start your return), you will be given a mailing label to send your items back to us if you are a domestic customer. International customers are not provided a label at this time. Once your item(s) are received your exchange order or refund will then be processed (3-5 business days from arrival). Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to post funds to your account. For exchange orders, you will receive tracking information via email for your exchange order.

SHEFIT orders placed during LAST CHANCE promotions or items purchased at our WAREHOUSE SALE are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. These items will be considered FINAL SALE.

Leggings, Shorts and Clip Tanks must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. These items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached to receive your exchange or refund. If these items are received to our warehouse outside of the above condition SHEFIT will decline the exchange or return.


Free Returns + exchanges are for domestic customers only. International customers are excluded from free returns + free exchanges, at this time international orders can only receive a refund or instore credit for a return. You will not be refunded the original shipping fee, however, the return label is on us for domestic orders. International customers are excluded from free returns + free exchanges and may be subject to additional customs fees. Returns for refund or exchange are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date. If we made a mistake and the wrong item was shipped, or if the merchandise you received is defective, please phone SHEFIT Support at 866.768.4872

Please Note: damaged or defective merchandise is subject to inspection.

When exchanging merchandise, after your product is received by our facilities, SHEFIT will pay the one-way shipping costs of sending your exchange back to you. If requesting a refund, funds will be processed after the merchandise has been received by our facilities.
