If you ordered your first SHEFIT in the wrong size or color the exchange process is pretty easy. Follow the steps below:

  1. Obtain your bust and rib cage measurements using a fabric tape measure. For more information on how to do this visit our fit page to see a short video demo CLICK HERE 
  2. Take our FIT QUIZ or contact a Fit Expert (866.768.4872) for a size suggestion. If you know your size you can skip this step. 
  3. Visit our returns center page Click Here
  4. Enter your order number i.e. S16-xxxxxx and your Zip Code or xxxxxx and Zip Code
  5. Follow the questions on the screen to exchange your item or return and purchase a new item
  6. Print your mailing label
  7. Use your original SHEFIT package to send back your items and tape the mailing label to the outside of your re-used SHEFIT package.
