On July 23, 24, and 27, 2020 the USPS provided our customers orders that were shipped Frist Class with tracking information that was incorrect. The USPS recycles their tracking numbers. Normally this would not cause a problem. However, in this case, there was an error in the USPS system, and tracking numbers were re-used which have not been out of circulation long enough.
As a result of this, some First Class Packages shipped on these dates have incorrect tracking information. These packages are showing as delivered to incorrect addresses on dates in June.
We are very sorry for this confusion. These packages are traveling through the postal service as they should and will arrive as scheduled in 3-5 business days. However, tracking information is not available for these select packages.
