Our shipping team packages every order with the utmost care and attention to detail. That being said, oversights do happen on rare occasions, and our Customer Service team would be happy to assist with any instances where an item is missing from your order. Please provide your order number and the item number of the missing piece when contacting us and we will take it from there!

In the unlikely event that your order was miss-packed and an item(s) is missing when you receive it, please contact us within 24 business hours.

In order to replace or refund the item we will need the following information: 

  • Your order number
  • A photo of all items received
  • A photo of the packing slip included

Once all information has been received our support staff will give you further instructions.
